  • Attentive, non-directive support to the emerging process. Deep attunement to the journeyer, providing assistance and guidance when needed.

  • Actively engage in processing the content of your psychedelic experience through intentional and supportive practices such as parts work, Internal Family Systems (IFS), journaling, embodiment, and analysis. Gradually incorporate lessons and insights with action plans, heightened awareness, and accountability.

  • Identify and work through trauma-related stress responses through bottom-up processing, such as IFS, somatic experiencing, and breath work.
